In 2013, CREI completed this world-class project ahead of schedule and under budget. Featuring 87 affordable apartments for seniors, amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse. Designed by Coral Gables-based Burgos Lanza Architects and Planners and completed in 2023, Li’l Abner II consists of 244 one- and two-bedroom units dedicated to affordable and workforce housing. Among these, 40 percent cater to low-income seniors, while the remainder is allocated to residents earning up to 120 percent of the area's median income.
Thanks to CREI Holdings’ expert management and ongoing enhancements, this is one of Miami Dade County’s cleanest and safest mobile home parks. With approximately 900 units, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a playground and a large open green space, this extensive community clearly lives up to its motto: “Where it’s a pleasure to live.”
