In 2013, CREI completed this world-class project ahead of schedule and under budget. Featuring 87 affordable apartments for seniors. Fully occupied today, it has a waitlist of more than 1,000 people and its turnover rate is less than one percent – a tribute to CREI Holdings’ exemplary management. It’s also a LEED-certified designated building by the Green Building Certification Institute.

LI’L ABNER II APARTMENTS

Designed by Coral Gables-based Burgos Lanza Architects and Planners and completed in 2023, Li’l Abner II consists of 244 one- and two-bedroom units dedicated to affordable and workforce housing. Among these, 40 percent cater to low-income seniors, while the remainder is allocated to residents earning up to 120 percent of the area's median income.

LI’L ABNER III APARTMENTS

Li'l Abner III, currently under construction, is set to be completed in Q1 2026 and will offer 316 affordable and workforce apartments in the City of Sweetwater in Miami-Dade County. In line with CREI Holdings' legacy of excellence, Li'l Abner III will feature a courtyard and additional amenities to elevate the living experience for our future residents. Our newest building will sit between its two sister buildings, Li'l Abner I and II, and will provide a safe and clean environment for those looking for attainable housing.
