In 2013, CREI completed this world-class project ahead of schedule and under budget. Featuring 87 affordable apartments for seniors, amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse. Fully occupied today, it has a waitlist of more than 1,000 people and its turnover rate is less than one percent – a tribute to CREI Holdings’ exemplary management. It’s also a LEED-certified designated building by the Green Building Certification Institute.
