A 244-unit affordable and workforce housing complex for seniors broke ground in Sweetwater. CRE Holdings LLC, managed by Raul F. Rodriguez of local developer Consolidated Real Estate Investments, is building the project on the 5.1-acre site at 400 N.W. 112th Ave. and 11239 N.W. Fourth St. The educational and office buildings there will be demolished to make way for the project. A day care operating at this location closed around the time the Covid-19 pandemic started in 2020. READ MORE
